Garioch Carriage Driving for Disabled Group

Yesterday we enjoyed visiting Garioch Carriage Driving for Disabled Group in Oyne, Aberdeenshire. The charity is part of Riding for the Disabled.

After talking to attendees about Hamlyns and the health benefits of oats, everyone had the opportunity to make their own meusli using our mixed berry porridge pots and a selection of chopped fruits and nuts. Food writer Liz Ashworth also demonstrated some oatcakes that she has recently developed using gluten free oats and potato, along with a smoked salmon pate, which were really well received.

Please contact us if you are interested in something similar for your club or society.
