First dry toast the oats by sprinkling them on to a medium hot frying pan and shaking around the pan. Watch them carefully. As they begin to turn light brown in colour take the pan off the heat. The process takes about five minutes.
Finely chop the fruit.
Gently mix all the ingredients together and serve.
