- Sieve the flour, mustard and paprika into a mixing bowl.
- Add the pinhead oatmeal and rub in the fat using the tips of your fingers.
- Add the grated cheese and using your hands work the mixture together. Make balls the size of a large marble and put them (well spaced) on a baking tray. Bake for 15 minutes until the cookies begin to brown.
- Put the cookies on a rack and allow to cool. They will harden as they cool.
