If you have a weakness for sweet treats between meals, then these raw vegan energy bites are just the ticket. They’re much healthier than most store-bought snacks, taste delicious, and are free from refined sugar. ¬†They get their yummy berry flecks from our Mixed Berry sachets.

1. Mix all ingredients together until well combined.

2. Tip into a food processor and pulse for about 30 seconds.

3. Take a tablespoon of the mix, roll it into a ball in your hands and place on a try lined with greaseproof paper.

4. Repeat until you’ve used up all of the mix.

5. Chill for an hour, then eat as and when desired.
