If you have a weakness for sweet treats between meals, then these raw vegan energy bites are just the ticket. They’re much healthier than most store-bought snacks, taste delicious, and are free from refined sugar. They get their yummy berry flecks from our Mixed Berry sachets.
1. Mix all ingredients together until well combined.
2. Tip into a food processor and pulse for about 30 seconds.
3. Take a tablespoon of the mix, roll it into a ball in your hands and place on a try lined with greaseproof paper.
4. Repeat until you’ve used up all of the mix.
5. Chill for an hour, then eat as and when desired.
