Method
- To toast the oats – sprinkle the oats onto a medium hot frying pan and shake around the pan – watch carefully. As they begin to turn light brown in colour take them pan off the heat. The process takes about five minutes.
- If you are using strawberries, finely chop the fruit – raspberries can be left whole.
- Place a layer of oats on the base of your serving dish followed by a layer of fruit then some yoghurt. Repeat the process, finishing with a layer of oats and fruit.
- Finish with a drop of honey if desired.
