We’re in the studio with Scottish food writer, Liz Ashworth, this week, filming a number of videos for our new website. We’ve worked with Liz at a number of shows and events, and are delighted to share her enthusiasm for traditional Scottish cookery and for Hamlyns products, with a wider audience through the website.
Liz is doing four videos, demonstrating both sweet and savoury dishes using Hamlyns Scottish Oatmeal, Scottish Porridge Oats, Pinhead Oatmeal, and making a delicious tray bake, using a pot of instant mixed berry porridge. She’ll also be demonstrating how to make traditional oatmeal porridge, and sharing some of the history and myths surrounding one of Scotland’s most traditional foods.
Many thanks to the Oakwood Cookery School in Elgin for allowing us to film in the school. Visit them on www.oakwoodcookeryschool.co.uk.
