- Grate and steam one carrot
- Put the cooked carrot into a pan with the porridge oats
- Add your choice of milk and the turmeric
- Bring to a gentle simmer, then simmer for around four minutes, stirring frequently
- Put into a bowl and top with your favourite toppings – Lowra recommends fruit, chocolate and syrup
