Makes 12 bars: FG 3 using 1 GC / CC 5 per bar

  1. Preheat oven to 180C/160C fan.
  2. Heat the honey and vanilla extract over a low heat until melted.
  3. Mash the bananas then add in oats, dates, pumpkin seeds, honey, cinnamon, vanillaextract and blueberries.
  4. Pour mixture into a lined baking tray. Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden around theedges.
  5. Remove and leave to cool for at least an hour.
  6. Once cooled, cut into 12 bars.
