This is a versatile biscuit to enjoy plain or iced as a sweet biscuit, or they can also be eaten with cheese.
- Set your oven to 170°C/150°Fan/325°Fan
- Mix the dry ingredients together then work in your butter or margarine.
- Add the Drambuie then roll out and cut out into shapes.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes.
- Cool and decorate.
