This is a versatile biscuit to enjoy plain or iced as a sweet biscuit, or they can also be eaten with cheese.

Method:

  1. Set your oven to 170°C/150°Fan/325°Fan
  2. Mix the dry ingredients together then work in your butter or margarine.
  3. Add the Drambuie then roll out and cut out into shapes.
  4. Bake for 18-20 minutes.
  5. Cool and decorate.
