This delicious porridge tastes like carrot cake in a bowl, and ensures that you have one of your five a day at breakfast!
Put the oats, water and almond milk into a pan and bring to the boil. Add all the other ingredients except the chopped pecans. Bring back to the boil, then simmer for around 15 minutes, or until the carrots are soft. Pour into bowls then top with the chopped pecans before serving.
