This recipe makes 24 individual slices, and has four Checks per slice.
Preheat oven to 160oC/Gas Mark 3.
Line a baking tray, approximately 24 x 18 cms, with baking parchment, or spray with a non stick spray.
Mix the flour, oats, sugar, salt, bicarbonate of soda and cinnamon together. In another bowl, mix the butter, oil and apple juice together, then fold in the flour and oat mix to form a moist and crumbly mixture. Press three quarters of this oat mixture into the bottom of the prepared tray.
For the filling, in a separate bowl, mix together the berries, Greek yoghurt, flour and egg white. If you prefer to sweeten your berries, sprinkle on some granulated sweeter to taste. Spread this mixture over the prepared base, then sprinkle the remaining oat mixture on top.
Bake for 40 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
Cool completely in the tray before slicing.
