• Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 180C/160 Fan/350F/Gas 4.
  2. Sieve the flour, mustard and paprika into a mixing bowl.
  3. Add the pinhead oatmeal and rub in the fat using the tips of your fingers.
  4. Add the grated cheese and using your hands work the mixture together.
  5. Shape into balls the size of a large marble and put them (well spaced) on a lightly greased baking tray.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes until the cookies begin to brown.
  7. Put the cookies on a rack and allow to cool. They will harden as they cool.
