• Method

  1. Set oven to 180C/160 Fan.
  2. Mix all the base ingredients in a food processor.  Once blended press into a 20cm by 30cm tin.
  3. Scatter your fruit on top and sprinkle with the caster and vanilla evenly.
  4. Mix your crumble topping by blending all the ingredients – you can do this in a food processor or with your fingers.
  5. Dot the topping over the fruit, then bake for up to an hour or until golden on top.
  6. Enjoy hot with cream or cold on a picnic in one of Scotland’s beautiful locations.
